1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the TicketLocation platform and services provided by TicketLocation LTD. By accessing our website, purchasing a ticket, or listing an event, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use the platform.

2. Definitions
  • “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to TicketLocation LTD.
  • “TicketLocation” refers to our platform and brand.
  • “You”, “User” refers to any person using the platform, whether as an attendee or organiser.
  • “Organiser” means a user who creates, manages or promotes an event via the platform.
  • “Attendee” means a user who purchases tickets to attend an event.
3. Platform Use

You must use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:

  • Use false or misleading information
  • Engage in fraudulent activity or abuse our platform
  • Resell tickets without permission
  • Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who breach these terms or engage in suspicious activity.

4. Tickets & Event Listings

TicketLocation is not the organiser of events listed on this platform (unless specifically stated).
We provide ticketing technology and payment processing on behalf of independent event organisers.
All responsibility for the event itself — including its delivery, entry requirements, health and safety, age restrictions, changes, cancellations, and any refund obligations — lies solely with the organiser.
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree that TicketLocation has no control over the actual event experience and is not liable for any aspect of the event itself.

We are also not liable if you are refused entry to an event due to venue policy, ID requirements, age restrictions, dress codes, or lateness.

5. Service Fees

All ticket purchases are subject to a 12% service fee plus a £0.40 flat fee per ticket charged by TicketLocation. These fees cover transaction processing, platform use, customer support, and other operational costs.

These fees may vary depending on the event, promotional campaigns, or specific agreements with organisers.

Service fees are non-refundable under any circumstance, including event cancellation, unless required by law. TicketLocation reserves the right to change service fees at any time with notice posted on the platform.

6. Account Creation

By purchasing a ticket on TicketLocation, you authorise us to automatically create a customer account using the information provided at checkout. This includes generating a unique username and providing you with a secure password reset link via email to access and manage your account.

The purpose of the account is to:

  • Allow access to your order history and ticket downloads
  • Enable self-service for refunds or support requests
  • Offer a personalised event experience

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. If you wish to delete your account at any time, you may contact support@ticketlocation.com. Please note, we may retain necessary transaction data for financial and legal compliance even after account deletion.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

If an event is cancelled by the organiser, attendees are entitled to a refund of the ticket price (excluding service fees). TicketLocation facilitates this process but is not the source of the refund.

For rescheduled events, tickets remain valid for the new date. Refunds for rescheduled events are at the organiser’s discretion.

TicketLocation reserves the right to deny or limit refunds in cases of abuse. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.

We are not responsible for any incidental expenses, including travel or accommodation costs, associated with any event.

8. Chargebacks

By using TicketLocation, you agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting our support team to resolve the issue. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension, permanent bans, and legal recovery of funds.

9. Organiser Responsibilities

Organisers are solely responsible for:

  • Creating accurate event listings
  • Delivering the event as advertised
  • Issuing ticket refunds when necessary
  • Resolving disputes or complaints related to their event

Organisers agree to indemnify TicketLocation LTD against any claims, disputes, or losses arising from their events or conduct.

10. Payments & Payouts

TicketLocation processes ticket payments on behalf of organisers. Payouts are made within 48 hours after an event concludes, less the applicable service fees.

We may withhold or delay payouts if we detect suspicious activity, outstanding chargebacks, or unresolved disputes.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform including logos, branding, software, text, and graphics is the property of TicketLocation LTD or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any materials without written permission.

12. Platform Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to TicketLocation. The platform may experience downtime due to maintenance, updates, or external factors. We are not liable for losses caused by unavailability or technical issues.

13. Event Entry

Entry to an event is subject to the organiser’s and venue’s terms. TicketLocation is not responsible if you are denied access for failing to meet entry conditions such as age, ID, dress code, or punctuality.

14. Force Majeure

TicketLocation LTD is not liable for failure or delay in performing obligations under these terms due to events outside our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or system outages.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TicketLocation LTD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Your use of the platform
  • Your attendance or non-attendance at an event
  • Actions or omissions of any third party organiser
16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions or service fees at any time. Changes will be posted on the TicketLocation website. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

17. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
